Q. How long does it take?
A. Delivery schedules:
All custom items = 5 to 7 business days for production. Non custom items (static items) = 2 to 3 business days for processing.

**The timeframes above DO NOT include shipping. You select your shipping method during checkout.
**Keep in mind if an order is placed after hours or on the weekend, the production time starts on the next business day.

For shipping, you have the option of choosing your delivery from regular Ground Service which ranges from 2-6 days depending on your location or you may choose an Overnight delivery for expedited orders. Mailing options include First Class which is usually 3-5 days.

Q. Is there a discount when I order higher quantities?
A. Yes, there is a discount when you order higher quantities. You will save money on set up charges. As quantity increases, per piece cost decreases.

Q. Is my mailing list secure?
A. The mailing list that you upload will not be used for any other purpose than your mailing. We do not keep, release, or distribute any additional information.

Q. What is the difference between Customization and Non-Customization?
A. When applicable, some pieces allow you to customize the piece with your local affiliate name, address and contact information and other local event information.
Non-Customized means that the item will have no local affiliate information.

Q. What is the difference between Personalized and Non-Personalized
A. When applicable, some pieces allow you to add the recipient's first name, such as Dear John. Non-Personalized means that the item will have no name information on it.

Customized and Personalized Summary:

Customized: You can include your local affiliate contact and event information.
Non-customized: Item is already printed and doesn't allow for the local information to be added.
Personalized: You may upload a mailing list and have the item personalized to the recipient by name (i.e. Dear John)
Non-Personalized: Piece will not be personalized - No mailing list - no recipients first name applied.

It's Inexpensive. Once you have entered your customization information on the site, Custom Print Now feeds your project to the printer with other orders that will consolidate the printing for ultimate cost savings.
